Job Summary: We are seeking an Electrical Expert Technician to conduct on-site inspections, analyze data, assess buildings and installations, and draft expert reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct on-site inspections and data analysis for electrical expert reports. 2. Assess the condition of buildings and installations and identify pathologies. 3. Draft expert reports and defend them before third parties or in court proceedings. We are part of **VULCAIN ENGINEERING**, an international French engineering group with a multisectoral approach, operating across key infrastructure and energy domains. We are currently seeking an **Electrical Expert Technician** to join our team at our office in **Palma de Mallorca**. ##### **What will your responsibilities be?** * Conduct on-site inspections for data collection. * Analyze collected data and present reasoned conclusions. * Assess the condition of buildings or installations, identifying impacts, causes of damage and pathologies, and associated responsibilities. * Review compliance with applicable regulations. * Evaluate buildings or installations applying depreciation factors. * Estimate repair costs for damages based on market prices. * Draft preliminary and expert reports. * Defend expert reports before third parties or in court proceedings; respond to judicial requests. * Review expert opinions issued by other experts. **What are we looking for?** * Mandatory qualification in Electrical Engineering (with authority to sign off). * Minimum 2 years’ experience conducting expert assessments is desirable. * Completion of specialized courses offered by Official Colleges, Master’s programs in specialization, Judicial Schools, etc., is desirable. * Knowledge or experience in any of the following sectors is valued: Insurance companies, Certification companies, Engineering firms, Independent professional practice. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Professional development and career plan. * Flexible working hours. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year, plus three intensive workdays in July and August.
