They specialize in developing **homes, luxury villas, and turnkey projects**, managing all aspects of construction. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the project team in **preparing technical documentation, cost control, and coordination with suppliers and subcontractors**. Responsibilities: * Preparation and updating of architectural, structural, and installation drawings using AutoCAD. * Generation of measurements, budgets, and economic control of works using Presto. * Collaboration with the technical team in preparing permits and legalizations. * Review and verification of construction drawings and documentation prior to execution. * Coordination with the Site Manager to ensure technical information is correctly applied on site. * Preparation of technical reports, certificates, and construction records according to company requirements and current regulations. * Optimization of drawing and budgeting processes to improve the technical department’s efficiency. Requirements * Minimum **3\-5 years’ experience** as a draftsman in residential, commercial, or turnkey construction projects. * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** for drawing preparation and setting-out. * Experience with **Presto** for measurements, budgeting, and certifications. * Knowledge of construction regulations and technical documentation management. * Ability to work collaboratively and coordinate with site managers, subcontractors, and clients. * Experience in **high-end, luxury villa, or energy-efficient projects** will be valued.
