Job Summary: We are seeking a Draftsman for Studies and Projects in Civil Engineering Works to analyze the feasibility of public and private construction projects, ranging from urban developments to large-scale structures. Intensive working hours in July and August. **Description:** ---------------- At Hozono Global, we aim to incorporate a detail-oriented, talented individual into our **Civil Engineering Studies and Projects team**, based at our offices in Murcia, with the objective of securing contracts for both public and private construction works. Within this department, all types of civil engineering projects — including urban developments, hydraulic works, road and highway infrastructure, and large-scale structures — are analyzed and studied. Analyses are conducted from both technical and economic perspectives, evaluating execution feasibility, schedule estimation, constraints, work programming, etc. Your daily responsibilities will include critical tasks essential to ensuring the success of our tenders: * Preparing drawings for: Civil engineering works (roads, bridges, urban developments, sewage networks, etc.) * Interpreting engineers’ sketches or calculations and converting them into precise drawings * Adapting drawings to current regulations * Reviewing and modifying drawings according to: Design changes * Maintaining up-to-date graphical documentation (drawing versioning) * Collaborating in the preparation of: Graphical reports, Drawing appendices, Technical documentation * Incorporating drawings into reports or presentations * Supporting budget preparation * Applying technical standards and guidelines: Civil engineering regulations Software used: * Company cost planning and control software: Presto/Arquimides. * Graphic design software: AutoCAD * Work scheduling software: Microsoft Project **What We Offer?** * Permanent contract * Full-time schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:30–17:30; Friday, 8:30–15:00 * Intensive working hours in July and August * Joining a professional, dynamic, and collaborative team. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. **Requirements:** --------------- **Education:** * Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Civil Engineering Projects **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role as a Draftsman for Studies and Valuations within a construction company. * Knowledge of technical documentation design and assembly, and of 3D software such as SketchUp, InfraWorks 360, Civil 3D for detailed infrastructure design, and Navisworks for construction coordination and simulation — or similar tools — will be valued. * Experience using software such as AutoCAD, Presto, MS Project, BIM, Revit, and Office.
