Preparation of technical documentation and cost control DESCRIPTION A company specializing in project development for the Hospitality and Catering sector, with a delegation in Madrid, is seeking to hire a draftsman-designer for AutoCAD-based project development. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive project design, including definition of all elements required for client presentation. * Presentation, justification, and technical defense of proposals. * Preparation and development of drawings in AutoCAD. * Preparation of project technical documentation. * Requesting quotations from suppliers and comparing offers. * Preparing budgets and controlling associated project costs. **Offered:** * Stable direct employment with the company. * Annual gross salary between €25,000 and €29,000, depending on experience. * Flexible working hours: * Monday to Thursday: arrival between 8:00 and 9:00, departure between 17:00 and 18:00. * Friday: 8:00 to 15:00. * Workplace located in Madrid, well-connected by public transport (Plaza Castilla / Nuevos Ministerios area). REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Technical Architecture or Interior Design. * AutoCAD 2D and 3D. * Microsoft Office suite. * Project and budget preparation. * Ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and under pressure. * Knowledge of regulations related to Health, Construction, Occupational Risk Prevention, Environment, etc., and ability to apply them in designs.
