Position Summary: We are seeking a Design Drafter to join our technical team, participating in residential installation projects during both design and As Built phases. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in installation projects for residential buildings. 2. Preparation of technical drawings and reports for installation projects. 3. Support in measurements, budgeting, and site visits. Bureau Veritas continues to grow! We are currently looking for a Design Drafter with at least 5 years of experience to join our technical team. The selected candidate will participate in drafting installation projects for residential buildings, both during the design phase and in preparing *As Built* projects during construction execution. What will your responsibilities be? * Preparation and drafting of drawings for residential installation projects (Design / As Built). * Drafting of technical reports and specifications. * Support in preparing measurements and budgets. * Site visits for data collection, inspection, and technical assistance. What do we require? * Education: Higher Technician in Building Projects or equivalent. * Experience: Minimum 5 years drafting installation projects in residential construction. * Regulatory knowledge: CTE, REBT, RITE, PCI, and other applicable Spanish regulations. * Technical skills: Advanced proficiency in CAD; experience with Presto and Revit; familiarity with BIM methodology.
