




Hi! Our team keeps growing and we're looking for someone to work in **Customer Growth Marketing** and drive growth within our active customer base. This role will have a direct impact on the expansion and adoption of our platform, collaborating with Product Marketing, RevOps, and Customer Success to maximize upsell and cross\-sell opportunities. ### **What will your mission be?** Drive **MRR** growth within the active customer base through: * Campaigns and content tailored by **industry** . * Activations based on **real product usage signals** . * Programs that help **Customer Growth Managers (CGMs)** close upsell and cross\-sell with high success rates. Additionally, this person will design **personalized journeys by stage and behavior**, implement tactical marketing actions (workflows, automations, and segmentations), and collaborate with Product Marketing on **go\-to\-market** launches of new features. ### **What will you do at Sesame?** **Growth strategy and orchestration** * Design and execute **vertical-specific campaigns** (sector playbooks, messaging, emails, paid/owned media) to generate qualified internal leads and automatically assign them to the corresponding CGM. * Plan and coordinate **industry events**, either in-person or virtual, preparing content, materials, and invitations, while managing pre- and post-event actions to generate conversations and industry-specific leads. * Collaborate with Product Marketing to define and launch **sector-specific go\-to\-market strategies** and rollouts of new functionalities. **Activation based on product usage** * Launch **trigger-based campaigns** using product usage signals collected in Amplitude (team growth, module adoption, NPS…) connected with HubSpot CRM. * Define **segmentations and scoring logic** using behavioral data, product signals, and expansion potential, in coordination with RevOps and Data. * Work alongside RevOps and Customer Success to define the **Expansion Score**, automate lead routing, and build tracking dashboards. ✍️ **Marketing operations and customer journeys** * Design **personalized journeys** for adoption, activation, and expansion based on behavior, vertical, and customer lifecycle. * Implement tactical actions in **HubSpot**: workflows, segmentations, simple automations, and sequences. * Coordinate with Ops on advanced developments, maintaining ownership of process definition and quality control. **Content and materials** * Create supporting content and materials: industry kits, ROI calculators, industry-specific storytelling, demo scripts, and one\-pagers. * Develop loyalty programs: 3–5 touch growth journeys, pre-renewal campaigns, value/NPS surveys, and in\-company bootcamps. **Measurement, optimization, and reporting** * Measure and optimize results: conversion by vertical, **incremental MRR**, win rate, and module adoption. * Conduct post\-campaign analysis and suggest data-driven improvements. * Evaluate the ROI of campaigns, events, and sector-specific actions. **Preferred tech stack** * **HubSpot CRM:** campaigns, workflows, segmentation, automations, and reporting. * **Amplitude:** analysis of usage signals and detection of expansion opportunities. * **Chargebee:** MRR tracking, cohorts, and renewals. * **Zoom:** event management, webinars, and customer sessions. Note: **HubSpot** will be a key tool for this role.
