




Job Summary: We are seeking a Controller Manager for our Finance and Controlling division in Barcelona, focused on variance analysis, report preparation, and Business Partnering development. We are looking to hire a **Controller Manager** to join our Corporate Services team at our Barcelona office. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Analyze variances between actual data and budget. * Reporting to headquarters. * Forecasting and budgeting processes, as well as financial analysis. * Implement a Business Partnering culture with Business Units. * Participate in the SAP implementation process and other controlling-area development projects. * Ad hoc reports requested by each Business Unit. **Who are we looking for?** * University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. * Over 5 years’ experience in Controlling. * Prior experience in a Big4 firm. * Professional English proficiency. **What do we offer?** * Office location in BARCELONA (22@/Glorias area). * Permanent contract. * Full-time position. * We aim for the earliest possible start date: Monday–Thursday 9–18:30, Friday 9–15 (partial remote work). * Fixed salary + variable component, to be agreed with the company based on candidate’s experience. **If you are interested in joining our team and meet the requirements,** **we look forward to receiving your application!**
