Job Summary: We are seeking a Real Estate Appraisal Consultant to join our Valuation and Appraisal Division, responsible for validating and drafting appraisal files and coordinating activities with our external network of technical professionals. Key Responsibilities: 1. Validation and drafting of appraisal files. 2. Support to various departments within the department. 3. Team-oriented and detail-focused work. At Savills Spain, an international real estate consultancy, we aim to hire a Real Estate Appraisal Consultant for our Valuation and Appraisal Division, based at our Barcelona offices. **Responsibilities:** * Validation and drafting of appraisal files. * Monitoring activities in coordination with the administrative department and communication with the external network of technical professionals. * Supporting various departments within the division, both in managing assignments and in their follow-up and control. **Requirements:** * Degree in Architecture or Technical Architecture. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Appraisal departments. * Experience in valuing economic operations will be valued. * Proficiency in BORSAN and Microsoft Office Suite. * Analytical, organized, highly detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities.
