Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking to hire a **Construction Manager** for our client to work in Vitoria. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS** * Supervise and execute air conditioning construction projects. * Manage on-site personnel. * Coordinate with the technical office. * Manage suppliers and clients. * Liaise with site management. * Monitor and invoice the project. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum 2 years of experience in air conditioning construction projects. * Experience in managing construction projects and works. * Ability to supervise and plan. * Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering. **What does the company offer?** * Competitive salary band, based on experience provided, up to €50,000 gross per annum. * Company mobile phone, laptop, and vehicle. * Year-round compressed work schedule: 08:00–16:30 (Fridays until 14:00).
