





* Indefinite * Full time * Remote work * Client Engineering LATAM **Position Mission** You will be responsible for accompanying and supporting prospects throughout the entire commercial cycle, technically maturing opportunities until they become sales, and ensuring consistency between the product, the need, and the budget. Additionally, you will actively participate in the onboarding process to ensure new customers successfully start operations according to the contracted product or service. Finally, you will ensure proper attention and communication during the post-sale phase, coordinating with support and operations teams to guarantee a continuous and satisfactory experience. **What responsibilities and tasks will you handle?** * Support technical sales proposals by correctly understanding requirements to define the appropriate product or special project. * Ensure expected scope versus Gigas's capacity to meet the request, or include a third-party provider in service delivery. * Design winning technical proposals focused on meeting the prospect's request. * Define and execute onboarding for customers and partners contracting the company's products/services. * Engage in interactions between customers and Gigas support/operations teams when escalation is needed due to incidents or issues. **Minimum Requirements** * +3 years in pre-sales and/or technical consulting roles. * +3 years in commercial operations of cloud services. * +3 years engaging decision-making audiences. * Technical knowledge: Linux and Windows operating systems, Firewalls, Networking, Virtualization, backup tools, databases. **What competencies would we like you to have?** * Ability to plan tasks and manage time. * Goal setting and achievement. * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Self-management and dynamic learning. * Customer orientation. * Problem-solving skills. * Ability to accurately interpret customer needs and problems. **What do we offer?** * Indefinite contract. * Compensation composed of fixed and variable components. * Office hours with flexible arrival and departure times. * Remote work modality. * Indefinite * Full time * Remote work * Client Engineering LATAM
