28/11/2025 Hybrid, Madrid Up to €38,000 At BIGZON, we are recruiting a Cisco Network Technician (M/F/X) to collaborate with the Systems Department of a major multinational pharmaceutical company. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Service request management. Network infrastructure, DDI, and F5 management. Software and firmware installation/upgrades. New infrastructure deployment and upgrades. Device replacement. Decommissioning. Mass configuration changes. Coordination with vendors and installers. Periodic review and updating of documentation. Technical documentation harmonization (standardization of documentation strategies across all network technologies). Lifecycle management and regulatory compliance (monitoring vendor versions and patches, end-of-service and end-of-life announcements, impact and risk assessment, and maintaining/updating compatibility). Standardization process (testing new components/systems, performing validation tests, updating documentation, implementing new standards, and ensuring smooth transitions). **REQUIREMENTS:** Cisco CCNP-level networking expertise. Experience and knowledge of Cisco switching, routing, and Wi-Fi. Network device installation. Software and firmware upgrades.
