




Summary: We are seeking a chef with experience in handcrafted Lamian noodle preparation and end-to-end production process management. Highlights: 1. Experience in handcrafted Lamian noodle preparation 2. Mastery of manual stretching techniques 3. End-to-end production process management Chef with a minimum of 3 years' experience in handcrafted Lamian-style noodle preparation. Proficiency in manual stretching techniques and comprehensive knowledge of the entire production process. Knowledge of food handling and quality control. Chinese language proficiency is an asset for technical coordination. Permanent contract, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday on a split shift according to service needs, with statutory breaks. Salary: €1,800\/month gross, paid in 14 installments Responsible for handcrafted Lamian-style noodle preparation and their traditional components. End-to-end production process management, from raw material selection to final service. Dough preparation (proportions, kneading, resting, and temperature control). Application of manual stretching techniques to produce various thicknesses and shapes according to demand. Preparation of traditional base soups and final product quality control. Production line organization and compliance with current hygiene and sanitation regulations. * 36 months' experience in traditional Asian cuisine * Competencies\/knowledge: Chinese language proficiency is an asset.
