You will maintain contact with the client’s departmental leads, gaining a deep understanding of their business and tailoring tool functionalities to their processes, needs, and specific use cases. You will participate in gathering and analyzing new requirements—with particular emphasis on planning and impact analysis—and contribute to all phases of the project lifecycle: functional design, testing, production rollout, and end-user training. What are we looking for? Knowledge and experience (technical or functional) in Celonis. Completed university degree in STEM or Business fields. Certifications or postgraduate studies in relevant areas will be viewed favorably. Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English is desirable. Additional languages are an asset.
