Our early specialization and continuous commitment to adopting technological advancements have made us an internationally recognized company for the talent, quality, and innovation of each of our projects. *We design today the data centers of tomorrow.* Currently, we are expanding our Digital team and looking for **BIM Structural Modelers** to join us. **What you will do:** **Planning** * Receive and manage the list of tasks assigned by the design lead, following project standards. * Identify and resolve modeling issues, assessing their impact on planning and reporting to the project manager. **Production** * Develop BIM models based on information provided by the design team. * Create families and components that make up the models. * Perform modeling tasks to meet deliverables at each project phase, incorporating necessary technical information. * Generate and issue project documents from the BIM model, including drawings, legends, and construction details. **Modeling and Documentation** * Create and develop structural models in Revit, based on information provided by engineers and designers. * Model structural elements such as beams, columns, foundations, among others. * Generate and update structural drawings and project technical documentation from the BIM model. **Coordination and Review** * Coordinate with other teams (architecture, installations) to ensure consistency and compatibility of the structural model. * Identify and resolve conflicts and clashes in the model, ensuring the integrity of the structural design. **Quality and Compliance** * Ensure that the model and generated documents comply with project standards and applicable regulations. * Collaborate in implementing improvements and new technologies in BIM modeling processes. **Communication** * Coordinate with other members of the BIM team to ensure consistency of the model and project documentation. **What we expect from you:** * At least 2 years of proven experience in structural modeling using Autodesk Revit. * Solid knowledge of structural design and its representation in BIM models. * Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary models and resolving interferences. * Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to structural engineering.
