This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging industrial projects and contribute to the success of our company, with the possibility of occasional travel to Sweden. **Job Description** -------------------------- As a BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for the federation of multidisciplinary models using **Navisworks Manage** from models uploaded to **AVEVA Global**. Your role will be crucial in collision detection, coordination with different teams, and issue management, ensuring model quality and integrity throughout all project phases. ### **Main Responsibilities** * **Model Federation**: Use **Navisworks Manage** to federate multidisciplinary models from those uploaded to **AVEVA Global**. This includes integrating all necessary components for comprehensive analysis. * **Collision Detection**: Run clash detection and prioritize critical collisions, helping minimize errors and optimize resources during design and project execution phases. * **Model Publishing and Management**: Publish federated models to **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)** and manage issues through the Issues module, ensuring all observations are addressed efficiently. * **Coordination Meetings**: Prepare and lead weekly coordination meetings, documenting results and agreements to track project progress and keep all stakeholders informed. * **Quality Control**: Perform basic quality control of models, verifying aspects such as coordinates, nomenclature, and integrity to ensure compliance with established standards. * **Issue Resolution**: Coordinate with engineering teams and suppliers to resolve issues within deadlines, facilitating smooth project development and avoiding unnecessary delays. * **Report Generation**: Generate periodic coordination and issue tracking reports, providing clear and accurate information to team members and project leadership. **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: * **Previous Experience**: Minimum of 3 to 8 years of experience in industrial projects, specifically in manufacturing, plants, and steel factories. * **Software Proficiency**: Mastery of **BIM**, **NAVISWORKS**, **ACC**, and **AVEVA** tools. * **Language Skills**: Professional-level proficiency in both Spanish and English for effective communication with international teams and collaborators. * **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong ability to work in teams, coordinate across technical disciplines, and manage relationships with suppliers and clients. * **Problem-Solving Ability**: Skilled at identifying and addressing complex problems efficiently and effectively. **Eosol Group** is a company committed to employee professional development and offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
