Participation in international projects and cutting-edge technology #### **Mission** Develop BIM models for MEP installations according to client information requirements, ensuring adherence to standards while collaborating directly with the project manager and discipline leads. #### **Responsibilities** * 3D modeling of mechanical and/or electrical installations (HVAC, plumbing, LV, MV, etc.) in a BIM environment. * Generation of drawings, quantity take-offs, and technical documentation from the model. * Graphic support to project engineers. * Participation in BIM coordination meetings with other disciplines. * Compliance with BIM standards and protocols (internal and/or client-specific). #### **Technical Profile and Required Competencies** * Prior experience in BIM MEP modeling (minimum 2\-3 years), preferably within a technical office * Proficiency in Revit MEP and knowledge of Navisworks * Basic understanding of technical installations and their representation in BIM models. * Ability to work collaboratively and attention to technical detail. * Languages: Advanced English required * Experience in data center or critical infrastructure projects is desirable. * Knowledge of other BIM tools (BIM360, Dynamo, etc.) is desirable. * Personal vehicle required for travel * 100% on-site work #### **What We Offer** Salary range: Fixed salary \+ variable (bonus based on achievement of objectives) Flexible compensation plan #### **Who We Are?** B\-Global Tech provides engineering, architecture, and consulting services for data centers, telecommunications and IT infrastructures, emphasizing innovation and application of cutting-edge technologies, as well as implementation of new strategies for sustainable construction.
