From design through assembly, we fully engage in all types of building and civil engineering projects, advising you based on our extensive industry experience. We play an essential role in constructing a better environment through our precast concrete solutions. We are seeking a **BIM Design Technician**, who—integrated into our Technical Office—will be responsible for producing all drawings required for manufacturing and on-site assembly of contracted projects, as well as preparing the necessary drawings for project submissions. WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? Among other duties, the following are highlighted: * Design drafting and structural modeling using Tekla Structures, and preparation of fabrication drawings: this includes reinforcement detailing and rebar shop drawings. * Preparation of fit-up or draft drawings: for highly complex and large-scale projects, enabling clients to obtain an overall view of the project. * Fabrication sketches: for unusual components requested by the factory. * Crane and assembly drawings, upon request from the assembly department. * Technical advice to manufacturing and sales teams. #LI-OM1 We are looking for a candidate meeting the following requirements: * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Building Projects; technical training in Building and Civil Engineering. * Meticulousness and attention to detail, ability to sustain focus over extended periods, concentration capacity, spatial awareness, and technical drawing skills. * Proficiency in Spanish.
