Currently, our operations are focused on Spain, with plans for international expansion in the coming years. **The Challenge** At 011h, we are looking for a BIM Architect to join our team and help industrialize building delivery and its construction solutions—ensuring they meet cost, feasibility, and standardization goals, while integrating economic analysis from the design phase through on-site implementation. **Requirements** **What will you do at 011h?** * Modeling and maintenance of the standard h0 building, incorporating construction systems and components from our internal Digital Platform, as well as internal modeling logic. * Creation and management of parametric families to integrate new industrialized systems into Revit models. * Cost control and oversight via the Revit model, including extraction of analytical data. * Development of technical solutions and construction details using AutoCAD. * Collaboration with the rest of the product team to align technical decisions with their economic impact. **Who are we looking for?** * 3+ years of experience in architectural firms delivering executive projects. * Experience in BIM modeling of architectural projects (ideally multi-family residential) in Revit; ability to create and manage complex parametric families; basic knowledge of BIM exchange formats (e.g., IFC). * Analytical profile with strong, business-oriented visual and verbal communication skills. * Affinity for and attraction to digital tools. * Prior experience with industrialized construction solutions is a plus. **Benefits** * Real impact: be part of a company transforming construction toward a sustainable and planet-positive model. * Professional growth: individual development plan with continuous learning and training opportunities. * Great atmosphere and collaboration: a multidisciplinary, diverse team with a supportive and close-knit culture. * Well-being and work-life balance: we value the balance between your personal and professional life—so you’ll enjoy two remote workdays per week. * Sustainable offices: pleasant spaces designed for collaboration and environmental respect. * 30 working days of vacation per year so you can fully enjoy your personal time.
