Through industrialization and digitalization, we enable our clients to efficiently deliver financial products via sophisticated online solutions while fully complying with local regulations. **The Opportunity: Artificial Intelligence Internship** We are seeking an intern to collaborate on an innovation and development project within our Innovation Department. The primary objective is to apply generative artificial intelligence to our financial platform for wealth management using AI agents. The candidate will participate in building cutting-edge prototypes focused on enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency. **The Role** As an AI intern, your responsibilities will include: * **Prototype Development:** Collaborate on initiatives to build prototypes based on generative AI agents—such as new AI agents, long-term memory models, RAG, etc. * **Prompt Engineering:** Apply prompt engineering techniques, fine\-tuning, and agent evaluation. * **Intelligent Assistance & UX:** Collaborate in designing natural communication interfaces and guided assistance systems to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. * **Technological Innovation:** Apply programming knowledge across various domains to strengthen the platform. **The Ideal Candidate** **Your Formal Qualifications** * **Academic Background:** Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Data Science, Economics, or related disciplines. * **Specialization:** Must be currently pursuing or have completed a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. * **Languages:** Advanced English proficiency. **Your Qualities and Knowledge** * **Strong Foundation in Generative AI:** Familiarity with LLMs, agents, prompt engineering, or similar architectures. * **Programming:** Proficiency in Python, C\# and SQL is valued. * **AI Tools:** Knowledge of AI tools/frameworks such as MAF, Langgraph, LangFuse, LlamaIndex, PgPVector, etc. is valued. * **Exploratory Mindset:** Ability to learn quickly, technical curiosity, and adaptability to highly innovative environments. **Internship Conditions** * **Duration:** Initial 6-month internship, with possibility of extension for an additional 6 months. * **Compensation Package:** Monthly gross stipend of 1\.000 €. * **Working Hours:** \* Monday–Thursday: 08:30–18:30. * + Friday: 08:00–15:00. Internship: 1\.000 euros gross per month. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information.
