At IBG, we are looking for a person to join our Product team who wants to grow in the field of design, contribute fresh ideas, and participate in the development of collections from a creative, trend-oriented perspective. If you are passionate about fashion, footwear, and applied graphic design, this position is for you. ### **What will be your mission?** Support the Product Design team in developing collections, transforming trends and visual ideas into tangible product proposals. ### **What will you do on a day-to-day basis?** * Provide support in designing new models. * Create moodboards and inspiration for collections. * Develop prints, graphics, and illustrations. * Prepare technical specifications and product documentation. * Work with Illustrator, Photoshop, and AI applied to design. ### **What are we looking for?** * Education in **Graphic Design, Fashion, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related fields**. * Conversational English proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in **Illustrator** and **Photoshop**. * Training in **Footwear Design** will be valued. ### **You’ll be a great fit if…** * You are a creative, curious person with attention to detail. * You enjoy trends, fashion, and products. * You are eager to learn, contribute ideas, and work collaboratively. ### **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join the Product teams of brands such as **D.Franklin, Conguitos, Break\&Walk, and KALK**. * Full-time or part-time schedule, depending on the internship agreement. * Flexible working hours and early Fridays (ending at 14:00\). * Employee discounts and office catering at employee pricing. ### **Will you join our team?** If you want to learn firsthand how a collection is developed, we’d love to meet you.
