We work in constant synergy with Carmila to transform and modernize commercial spaces, adapting them to new market trends and maximizing their architectural and urban value. You will participate in the valuation of assets within our portfolio, in the technical, urban, and design analysis of new projects, as well as in the renovation of existing shopping centers. Learning Opportunities: Portfolio Valuation: Collaborate on transaction studies and strategic analysis to deepen your understanding of Carrefour Property’s assets. Analysis and Projection: Support the development, projection, and execution of architectural proposals for new commercial projects. Feasibility Studies: Participate in technical and urban analyses for the expansion of existing centers, as well as in their renovation and restructuring processes. Image Refresh: Contribute to proposals for repositioning and aesthetic modernization of assets within the Carrefour Property and Carmila portfolios. Requirements: Final-year Industrial Engineering students. A mandatory requirement is the ability to sign a training agreement with your university. Proficiency in design and management tools. Analytical capacity, spatial awareness, attention to detail, and enthusiasm to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
