Continuous training: We invest in and promote your talent—with special emphasis on improving your language proficiency. **Your daily responsibilities will begin sounding like this** **Hotel Project Management and Control** * Lead the study, implementation, and strategic planning of construction works—setting clear objectives, allocating productivity, and optimizing resources per budget item to ensure overall project success. * Economic and execution control lead: Monitoring costs, schedules, procurement, and documentation control. * Technical drafting and review of large-scale projects—from initial phases (demolition, foundations, and structure) through final finishes (masonry, cladding, interior design, landscaping, furniture, and equipment). ✍️ **Technical Office and Tendering** * Preparation of competitive bids for FG Construcción: Comprehensive drafting and design of technical reports, drawings, budgets, and project scheduling. * Precision technical development: Quantity take-offs, detailed budgeting, review of installation projects, and drawing preparation. ️ **On-site Coordination and Direction** * On-site monitoring: Conducting technical site visits, controlling the status of civil/architectural works, and preparing technical action reports. * Partner management: Direct contracting, supervision, and coordination of subcontracted companies and suppliers—ensuring Fuerte Group’s quality standards. * Proactive collaboration in other key functions required by the technical management team within your area of expertise. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this role if…** You hold a degree in Technical Architecture or Building Engineering. Postgraduate studies, specialization in Occupational Risk Prevention, Construction and Building, or certification from the Project Management Institute are valued. Minimum 2\-3 years of demonstrable professional experience—both in offices and on construction sites. Proficiency in cost and schedule control, supplier management, quantity surveying, and budget control. English B1\. AutoCAD, Office Suite, Revit. Construction cost control software: SIGRID.
