Responsibilities in technical design and documentation We are hiring an architecture or drafting professional to support growing projects. You will work in a collaborative environment with responsibilities in technical design and documentation. Collaboration in drafting architectural projects (plans, reports, technical specifications, CTE, measurements, ...), activity projects (plans, reports, ...), and urban planning projects (plans, parcel sheets, UTM coordinates, ...) Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in CAD (2D and 3D) and BIM (optional), ACROBAT, OFFICE suite, Catalan and Spanish. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1500 * Other relevant details: Morning shift 4.5 hours and afternoon shift 3.5 hours \- 09:00 to 13:30 and 16:00 to 19:30\.
