**Vacancies Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in rural development and nature conservation projects, is seeking to hire 1 Technical Architect or Technical Engineer - Photovoltaic Installations (Teruel) in Teruel **Work Location** -------------------- * Teruel Management Office **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Provide technical support to the Construction Manager in drafting technical specifications for procurement procedures according to the Public Sector Contracts Act and in preparing minor contracts. * Provide technical support to the Construction Manager in managing, monitoring, and controlling quality documentation and environmental management documentation on site. * Assist the Construction Manager in requesting quotations and tracking responses. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Meeting these requirements must be justified by attaching the following documents in the "Attachments" section of the application (or during the selection process), as applicable: * Official academic qualification certificate or proof of payment of fees for issuance of the academic degree. * Work history record and/or employment contract verifying and certifying the required professional experience. * Internship annexes verifying and certifying the required academic experience, if applicable. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * Hold a degree in Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Building Engineering (MECES level 2), officially recognized in Spain or with an equivalence certificate issued by the General Secretariat for Universities. ### **Other Essential Requirements** * Valid Spanish Class B driving license, currently in force. **Merits (Evaluated)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Training in Occupational Health and Safety (minimum 50-60 hours) qualifying as a preventive resource in the construction sector. * Training in the Public Sector Contracts Act. ### **Previous Experience** * From 6 months to 1 year of experience performing tasks related to preparation of procurement files under the LCSP (Public Sector Contracts Act), including offer analysis and comparisons in the public sector. * From 6 months to 4 years of experience in construction project management. ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Training or experience with Presto software. **Observations** ----------------- * The application submission period will be open from today, December 1, 2025 until December 8, 2025 at 23:59 (peninsular time).
