




Company located in Terrassa is looking for an Administrative Technician for support services and sales. Contract type: Permanent contract. Working hours: Full-time (40 hours per week): flexible start time between 7:30 and 9:15 h. Provide cross-departmental administrative support to the Services and Sales departments, manage budgets, orders, purchases and invoicing. Coordinate technical interventions at customer sites, ensure preparation of documentation for site access through CAE platforms. Manage logistics shipments, transportation costs, inventory, and technical documentation related to maintenance, breakdowns and inspections. Keep ERP and CRM systems updated, register orders, purchases and commercial relationships. Vehicle management, supplier relations and general administrative support. The position requires precise operations, service orientation and ability to adapt to dynamic industrial environments. * 2 years of experience. Minimum qualification required: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in administration, with preference given to university degrees. Minimum two years of experience in similar roles, preferably in industrial or technical environments. Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally Business Central), B2 level English and advanced proficiency in office software. Experience with CAE platforms and document management will be valued. * MIDDLE GRADE VOCATIONAL TRAINING CERTIFICATE * Competencies / knowledge: Organized, methodical and problem-solving person, able to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain quality in administrative processes.
