We seek a responsible and organized individual experienced in dealing with public administrations—including city councils, industrial authorities, and regulatory bodies—to join our Processing Department. Main Responsibilities: - Submit, process, and monitor various administrative files for construction and activity permits before official bodies; - Prepare administrative forms and documents accompanying technical documentation provided by our technical staff for submission to public authorities; - Maintain and update case file information in our SAP-based application (Avantmanager); - Conduct telephone and online follow-up on our cases with official bodies; - Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure availability; - Manage office access and answer incoming calls. * Minimum 2 years’ experience required: administrative experience handling matters before public bodies; prior experience as an administrative assistant in architecture firms, engineering offices, or consulting firms is not mandatory but will be valued. * Spanish (advanced spoken and written proficiency) * Competencies / Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite—specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
