We are seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to join the Urban Regeneration Program Office in collaboration with the Barcelona City Council, located at **C/ Bolívia 250, Barcelona (Selva de Mar)**. You will become part of the technical team of the Urban Regeneration Office, supporting the project’s administrative management and contributing to improved efficiency and coordination of municipal actions. **What will your responsibilities be?** \- Performing administrative tasks. \- Drafting various documents. \- Managing and tracking correspondence. \- Answering and screening telephone calls. \- Scheduling and coordinating calendars. \- Assisting with email dispatch and managing departmental file documentation. **What are we looking for?** \- High school diploma, vocational training qualification in Administrative Management (Intermediate Level), or equivalent. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative support roles. \- Good command of Catalan. **What do we offer?** \- Work schedule: on-site, 25 hours per week. \- Annual gross salary: €17,000 for 40 hours/week, paid in 12 installments = €10,625 gross annually for 25 hours/week.
