Implement and adapt corporate security policies, standards, and procedures—including the Security Policy and the Master Security Plan—within the assigned area. Manage the Information Security Management System (ISMS) within the assigned area, ensuring its certification and integration with other organizational areas. Identify, analyze, and assess risks affecting personnel, facilities, assets, and information, contributing to defining protective measures, improvement plans, continuity plans, and emergency plans. Implement and supervise protective measures guaranteeing the security of personnel, facilities, assets, and information—including oversight of private security systems and services. Manage implementation of security measures for protecting industrial secrets and sensitive information. Supervise compliance with applicable security regulations—including personal data protection—as well as services provided by external companies. Coordinate implementation of security measures with Corporate Physical Security and Information Security departments. Manage and coordinate responses to security incidents—including investigation, resolution, report preparation, and escalation per corporate procedures. Support Management in decision-making and incident resolution regarding physical and information security. These responsibilities will be carried out in coordination with the Information Security and Physical Security Directorates. Security of Classified Information Lead the Local Service for Protection of Classified Information (JSLSP), ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Manage protective measures for classified information—including access control, custody, registration, transmission, and destruction. Ensure compliance with requirements stipulated by the National Security Office (ONS) and other competent authorities. Manage personnel security clearances (HSES, HPS, etc.) within the assigned area. Management, Leadership, and Operations Lead the center’s security team, coordinating actions of staff under supervision and external security providers. Define, implement, and supervise security measures for programs, projects, and subcontracting activities—aligned with regulations, customer requirements, and applicable certifications. Coordinate physical security for projects and subcontracting activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, protection of industrial secrets, and integration of security measures across all organizational areas and restricted-access zones. Develop, maintain, and audit security, self-protection, business continuity, and crisis management plans. Manage technical security resources (access control, CCTV, intrusion detection), ensuring proper use and maintenance. Manage the security department’s budget within the assigned area. Investigate security incidents and prepare internal and external reports. Support certification processes related to security and regulatory compliance. Liaison and Support to Management Regular operational liaison with the Armed Forces, State Security Forces and Corps, and other security agencies. Direct support to the Shipyard Management in decision-making regarding physical security. Participation in Management Committees and Security Forums. Preparation of executive reports aimed at supporting decision-making.
