### **What will be your mission?**
You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the workshop, coordinating human and material resources to ensure repair quality, equipment safety, and customer satisfaction.
### **️Key Responsibilities**
### **People Management**
* Coordinate, organize, and supervise the daily work of the workshop’s technical team.
* Assign work orders and set priorities based on operational needs and client commitments.
* Manage schedules, vacations, leave requests, and absences for personnel under your supervision.
* Provide technical support and guidance to the team when addressing incidents or complex repairs.
* Identify training needs and promote the professional development of technicians.
### **Workshop Operational Management**
* Plan and organize maintenance, repair, and refurbishment activities for vehicles and equipment.
* Supervise proper execution of work, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
* Monitor repair times and workshop productivity.
* Manage and optimize material resources, tools, equipment, and machinery required for daily operations.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and proper condition of workshop facilities.
### **Economic Management and Customer Service**
* Prepare budgets and track costs.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure proper job planning.
* Maintain smooth communication and appropriate service for internal and external customers.
### **Safety, Health, and Environment**
* Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Supervise proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and correct waste management.
* Coordinate preventive activities and foster a safe working environment.
### **Continuous Improvement**
* Implement company policies on quality, safety, and efficiency.
* Drive improvements in workshop processes to optimize quality, productivity, and safety.
* Collaborate with other company departments to achieve operational and strategic objectives.
### **Profile We Are Seeking**
* Higher Vocational Training degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar field.
* Prior experience managing workshop teams and coordinating maintenance and repair tasks, preferably in industrial environments, heavy-duty vehicles, public works machinery, or heavy machinery.
* Knowledge of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electricity, as well as the ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic schematics.
* Proficient use of workshop tools, equipment, and machinery.
* Familiarity with computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
* Valid driving license class B. Class C license is an advantage.
* Residence near the workplace.
