The selected candidate will support the skilled operator by monitoring that materials exiting the machine meet the conditions and parameters specified in the Work Order (WO), thereby ensuring product quality and compliance with the company’s established safety and production standards. Main Responsibilities \- Prepare metallic, plastic, or other materials’ surfaces prior to processing \- Perform cleaning, sanding, degreasing, and stripping tasks according to established procedures. \- Inspect treated surfaces to ensure they meet required quality standards. \- Identify imperfections, rust, residues, or contaminants that may affect the final finish. \- Operate hand tools and specialized machinery (e.g., orbital sanders, blasting guns, compressors, etc.). \- Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. \- Collaborate with the production team to optimize timing and processes. ### **Requirements** \- Compulsory basic education (ESO or equivalent). \- Basic experience as an operator \- Basic knowledge of surface finishes \- Prior experience in similar positions (desirable) Specific Skills \- Organizational ability and foresight \- Proficiency in using orbital sanders for sanding, roughing, and finishing tasks. \- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team If you want to put your talent into action and grow within an environment that values your contributions, this is your opportunity.
