We are currently experiencing growth and seeking to hire a **Site Manager** who wishes to join a stable team working on high-quality projects. Responsibilities * Daily organization and planning of on-site work. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Supervision of work execution in accordance with drawings, project specifications, and schedules. * Quality control and deadline monitoring. * Management of materials, machinery, and supplies. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Continuous communication with the Site Director and Technical Management. * Resolution of incidents and progress tracking of the project. * Monitoring team performance and optimizing resource utilization. Requirements * Minimum **5 years’ experience** as a Site Manager in construction. * Knowledge of civil works, building construction, and renovation execution. * Ability to coordinate work teams. * Leadership, organizational skills, and results orientation. * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and ability to interpret technical drawings will be valued.
