A positive work climate and a professional team focused on development At **UNIR**, we seek to hire a **Management Control Technician** who wishes to join an innovative, collaborative, and excellence-oriented academic environment. **What will be your mission?** **To ensure proper economic and budgetary management of academic programs**, monitoring expenditures, managing suppliers, and supporting faculties in financial planning—guaranteeing the efficient and responsible use of resources. **️ What will be your responsibilities?** * Manage and process purchase orders linked to the economic records of various academic programs. * Review, monitor, and approve supplier receipts and invoices associated with each academic program. * Track expenditures and perform budgetary control per academic program. * Prepare and draft budgets for the different academic programs offered by the university. * Continuously coordinate with faculties regarding economic planning and resolution of issues. **What are we looking for in you?** * Higher Vocational Training (FP2\) qualification, preferably in the economic-administrative field. * Prior experience in a similar role involving management control, administration, or budgetary monitoring. * An organized, analytical individual with attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively across different departments. **What do we offer you?** ✅ **Maternity leave replacement contract** **Flexible working hours**: * Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:15 * Friday: 9:00–14:00 * With one hour of flexibility at the start of the workday **Excellent location** in Pozuelo de Alarcón, just a 3-minute walk from the train station. **Continuous training**, with up to an **80% discount on UNIR degree programs**. ️ **26 vacation days**, **4 personal days**, and an annual **16-hour time-off allowance**. **A positive work climate**, a stable and professional team, focused on development and long-term continuity.
