We are seeking a person to perform labor orientation functions in the municipality of Los Palacios y Villafranca (Sevilla). The main task will be to accompany and guide job seekers in their professional development, facilitating both their career advancement and job stability. **Key responsibilities include:** promoting the employability of unemployed individuals; supporting the labor market integration of groups facing greater barriers to access; and raising awareness of how the labor market operates. Efforts will also focus on reducing youth unemployment and preventing long-term unemployment from becoming chronic, while simultaneously fostering entrepreneurial spirit and equal opportunities. Innovation in methodologies and tools—leveraging new technologies—will be pursued, and collaboration will be established with other entities and public administrations working toward labor integration in Andalusia. A full-time interim contract is offered, with working hours from 8:00 to 15:00, and a monthly salary of 2886 euros.
