The role’s mission is to **plan, coordinate, and supervise the full execution of construction projects**, guaranteeing compliance with schedules, budgets, quality, and safety, while serving as the ultimate on-site responsible party from project commencement through final handover. Responsibilities and Duties * Planning, organization, and control of construction activities from startup to completion. * Technical, financial, and administrative management of the project. * Coordination of **subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house site teams**. * Monitoring adherence to the **schedule**, budget, and certifications. * Supervision of proper execution in accordance with design documentation, regulations, and quality standards. * Oversight of **occupational health and safety (PRL)** on site. * Liaison with **design consultants, clients, and external authorities**. * Resolution of technical issues and on-site decision-making. * Preparation of progress reports and reporting to management. Requirements * Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering**, or related field. * Minimum of **3–5 years’ experience** as a Construction Site Manager in **building construction**. * Experience in residential projects (multi-family or single-family housing) and/or tertiary buildings. * Solid knowledge of: + Construction planning + Cost control + Subcontractor management + Technical regulations and occupational health and safety (PRL) * Proficiency with tools such as **Presto, MS Project, AutoCAD, Excel** (BIM is a plus). * Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the province.
