Fostering a positive and productive work environment Job Description We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and supervise the HR functions of our organization. This person will be responsible for managing recruitment, labor relations, regulatory compliance, benefits administration, training, talent development, and supporting company leaders to foster a positive and productive work environment. Key Responsibilities * Manage the full recruitment and selection process, from job posting to onboarding of new employees. * Develop, implement, and update Human Resources policies and procedures. * Advise managers and employees on HR-related matters. * Administer labor relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions when necessary. * Oversee employee compensation, benefits, and wellness programs. * Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations. * Coordinate performance evaluation processes and professional development plans. * Design and implement training and development programs. * Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation. * Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior management. * Promote employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction initiatives. * Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic talent planning. Required Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources. * Solid knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices. * Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills. * Proficiency in computer tools and Human Resources management systems. * Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Preferred Qualifications * HR certifications. * Experience in payroll management and benefits administration. * Experience leading HR teams.
