You will be responsible for managing the site team and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities on building construction sites. * Coordinate and lead the on-site workforce under your supervision, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Monitor work execution according to drawings, technical specifications, and the construction schedule. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations on site. * Manage and control material resources, machinery, and tools required for project execution. * Track budget and schedule adherence, reporting any deviations. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in resolving technical and operational issues. * Provide periodic progress reports on construction status and work conditions. * Ensure finish quality and correct execution of each project phase. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications for accurate construction execution. Qualifications * Higher Vocational Training qualification in Building and Civil Engineering or equivalent degree. * Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Building Site Manager on construction projects, preferably residential or tertiary buildings. * In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, measurements, and budgeting. * Leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational health and safety regulations. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation. * Willingness to work at various project locations. * Valid driving license (Class B). * Proficiency in construction project management software (e.g., MS Project, Presto) is desirable. **Seize the challenge.
