As the **Continuous Improvement Manager**, your mission will be to lead the implementation and development of continuous improvement initiatives across our operations and other departments, fostering a culture focused on efficiency, process standardization, and operational excellence. As part of the Operations Department, your key responsibilities will include: * Identifying, analyzing, and developing opportunities for improvement in the company’s production, logistics, and organizational processes. * Leading continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing productivity, reducing costs, optimizing resources, and eliminating waste. * Promoting the implementation of Lean Manufacturing methodologies and tools. * Defining, monitoring, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying deviations, and proposing corrective and improvement actions. * Standardizing work processes and procedures, ensuring the sustainability and consolidation of implemented improvements. * Collaborating closely with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Safety managers to promote cross-departmental improvement initiatives within the Operations Department and other company areas. * Driving the continuous improvement culture through training, coaching, and team engagement. * Identifying opportunities for digitalization, automation, and innovation that enhance operational competitiveness and efficiency. * Communicating the company’s values and culture in all activities and actions. We are seeking a candidate with experience in industrial environments, passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence, capable of leading cross-functional projects and driving change within the organization. You must hold a university degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization Engineering, or a related field, along with experience managing continuous improvement projects, advanced knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies, and process optimization tools. We especially value strong analytical capability, results orientation, leadership and cross-functional influence skills, as well as a clear commitment to continuous improvement and teamwork. Additionally, advanced proficiency in MS Office and advanced English language skills are required. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly to the company’s various national work centers are essential. The position offers flexible location, allowing you to work from our headquarters in A Coruña, from Madrid, or from any De Heus work center in Spain, depending on the candidate’s location.
