**Job Description**
Scope of Responsibilities
* Collaborate in the **overall project management and administration**, participating in setting specific project objectives and policies.
* Provide **technical leadership and guidance** to managers and teams reporting to you, ensuring compliance with company and project policies.
* Maintain close client relationships and ensure—through designated managers and supervisors—that all aspects of the project are executed in accordance with the agreed **design, budget, and schedule**.
* Assume significant responsibility for the **financial outcomes and profitability (P\&L)** of the assigned construction project.
Commercial Management and Communication Protocols
* Lead the **Change Control process**, and coordinate weekly commercial meetings with the client, as well as ad hoc meetings with the client’s contractors.
Valuation and Milestone Planning
* Define and agree with the **General Contractor (GC)** on the valuation schedule within the established contractual framework.
* Review and validate milestone-based payment schedules for the client’s specialized contractors, as agreed during procurement and stipulated contractually (e.g., refrigeration, storage/racking systems, oxygen systems).
Change Management and Instructions
* Review and agree with the GC, specialized contractors, Construction Director (DF), and the client on the **cost and schedule impact of all Change Orders**.
* Maintain and periodically update a **Change Control Register** for all contracts, including anticipated changes and back charges.
Monthly Valuations
* Review the **monthly valuations of completed works** related to the General Contractor’s scope.
* Review and validate milestone achievements by specialized contractors.
Site / Construction
* **Site Supervision:** Lead and coordinate daily construction operations, ensuring compliance with drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* **Resource Management:** Efficiently manage materials, equipment, and personnel to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
* **Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all construction activities comply with local and regional regulations, as well as company safety policies.
* **Effective Communication:** Serve as the primary point of contact among contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and resolving potential issues.
* **Progress Monitoring:** Monitor project progress and prepare periodic progress reports to ensure adherence to timelines.
* **Quality Control:** Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure all work meets established standards.

**Requirements**
Requirements
* Degree in **Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, or equivalent qualification**.
* **Professional-level English and Spanish proficiency.**
* **3\-4 years of construction site experience.**
