Organizational ability and results orientation Job Description We are looking for a customer-oriented Account Executive with commercial experience to join our team in Spain. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities * Manage and develop a customer portfolio. * Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts. * Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and follow-up reports. * Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure quality service. * Monitor client satisfaction and proactively resolve issues. * Achieve established sales and retention targets. * Keep customer information up to date in the CRM. Requirements * University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, sales, business development, or customer service. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Fluent Spanish and English (additional languages are valued). * Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar. * Organizational ability and results orientation. * Valid work permit in Spain. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in international environments. * Knowledge of B2B sales processes. * Experience managing key accounts and contract renewals. Salary Salary: €70,000.00–€120,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
