Job Summary: We are seeking an electromechanical technician with experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery, fault diagnosis, and PLC support. Key Responsibilities: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery 2. Fault diagnosis and intervention in pneumatic/hydraulic systems 3. Collaboration in commissioning and format changeovers A company in Montcada is looking for 1 electromechanical technician with relevant vocational training and 12 months of experience. Computer skills: Basic Office, Basic AutoCAD. Languages: Spanish (advanced); English (basic). Driving license: Category B. Permanent contract. Working hours: Mon–Fri 09–13 / 15–18; Sat 08–13. Flexible working hours and willingness to travel. - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery (mechanical, electrical, and electronic). - Diagnose faults using electrical diagrams, technical manuals, and measuring tools (multimeter, clamp meter, etc.). - Intervene in pneumatic and hydraulic systems (valves, actuators, pumps). - Adjust, assemble, and align motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and mechanical components. - Verify and replace sensors, limit switches, variable frequency drives (VFDs), contactors, and protective devices. - Provide basic PLC support (signal monitoring, resets, simple parameter changes; Siemens/Allen-Bradley experience preferred). - Complete CMMS/work orders, manage spare parts inventory, and propose TPM/5S improvements. - Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTUS), and quality standards. - Collaborate with production during commissioning and format changeovers. * 12 months of experience required.
