We aim to hire a Systems Technician to ensure all company systems and technical infrastructures operate correctly, thereby supporting business objective achievement from an IT perspective. **What will you do?** * Receive and handle telephone calls from all company departments to resolve reported incidents. * Address incidents on-site by physically traveling to the relevant department to provide case-specific support. * Manage requests and incidents via the ticketing tool. * Perform maintenance and monitoring of the virtual environment and store communications to proactively address potential incidents. * Manage procurement of technology-related tools to ensure all departments and personnel have necessary resources to perform their duties. * Coordinate with our telecommunications provider to resolve various requests and incidents they receive. * Configure, repair, and process warranties for company devices (PDAs, computers, printers, cabling) to ensure teams have required resources to perform their tasks. * Actively participate in Retail projects undertaken by the Group—such as new openings or renovations—to deliver necessary support, as well as in other global projects (e.g., servers) or area-specific initiatives to meet emerging needs. * Monitor Group security systems to ensure protection of personnel, assets, and facilities. **What do we expect from you?** * Vocational training qualification (CFGM/CFGS) in Information and Communications Technology or equivalent. * Knowledge of: * Networking – Switching (Network Communication) * VMware (Virtual Environment) * Windows, Linux, Mac * Microsoft Office * Ticketing Tools * 2–4 years’ experience in a similar role * Valid driver’s license **What do we offer?** * Join a leading sector company with a unique and differentiated business model, currently undergoing expansion. * Become part of a young, dynamic, and innovative team within a stimulating and responsibly autonomous work environment.
