Residència l’Anunciata in Juneda is seeking to hire a part-time social educator for morning shifts to join the center’s technical team. The selected candidate will be responsible for designing, facilitating, and monitoring social, cultural, recreational, and stimulation activities targeted at residents, promoting their autonomy, participation, emotional well-being, and integration into center life. The candidate will also participate in developing and monitoring Individualized Action Plans (PIAI), coordinating with the interdisciplinary team, and communicating with families when necessary. * Minimum 6 months of experience. Experience in gerontology or residential care settings will be valued. * Bachelor's degree in Social Education * Catalan (intermediate spoken and written) * Spanish (intermediate spoken and written) * Indefinite-term employment contract * Part-time morning schedule (20 hours per week) * Additional details of interest: Permanent/stable contract; Half-day schedule; Morning hours: 09:30–13:30; Possibility of transitioning to full-time within approximately 16–18 months; Joining an established team focused on person-centered care
