Location: Menorca (Lago Resort Menorca) Contract type: Fixed-term intermittent Working hours: Full-time Accommodation and meals included Job description: At Grupo MOGA, we are seeking a Second Maintenance Manager with experience in the hotel industry to support the comprehensive management of preventive and corrective maintenance at the resort. A problem-solving attitude, leadership skills, and attention to detail will be highly valued. Main responsibilities: * Assist in planning and supervising maintenance team tasks. * Monitor the operation of facilities (electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, etc.). * Coordinate with external suppliers and technical services. * Ensure compliance with safety standards and current regulations. * Manage incidents and effectively resolve breakdowns. * Report to the Maintenance Manager on the overall condition of the facilities.
