Working hours are available from Monday to Sunday, with rest days scheduled according to the roster. Training on operational procedures and safety regulations—covering driving and cargo handling—is provided. The ability to work independently and in an organized manner is highly valued, as much of the working day occurs without direct supervision, along with a proactive attitude to ensure service efficiency. Compensation complies with the sector’s collective bargaining agreement and includes performance- and objective-based incentives, allowing for supplementation of the base salary. Punctuality, responsibility, and care for the vehicle and cargo are considered essential. The work environment is dynamic and may vary depending on parcel delivery service demand.
