Would you like to work as a Maintenance Technician at a foundation with a social project focused on supporting people with intellectual disabilities? This is your opportunity to join our team at our workplace located in La Roca del Vallès. What is our mission? At the Vallès Oriental Foundation (FVO), we are a non-profit social entity that, for the past 60 years, has dedicated its efforts to enhancing the quality of life of people with functional diversity and safeguarding their rights as individuals. We support them in two main areas: daytime services and residential care (group homes/apartments and residential facilities), aiming to meet the various needs that arise throughout their lives, while promoting their social inclusion and personal autonomy. Your responsibilities will include: * Masonry and construction tasks: plastering walls, building walls, preparing mortar, filling and repairing holes... * Plumbing and pipefitting. * Electrical work. * Other types of repairs. ### **Requirements** Education: No specific qualification is required; however, we positively value a Medium or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGM / CFGS) related to construction, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or electricity. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are mandatory. Immediate availability to start. ### **We offer** \- Full-time position. * Working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00, including one hour for lunch. * €30,000–€34,000 gross per year. * Social benefits. * Subsidized lunch (largely covered) at the workplace.
