Description
We are seeking a **maintenance technician** to ensure the maintenance, preservation, and organization of the Association’s resources, offices, facilities, and material assets. Support the organization and execution of the entity’s events and activities within the scope of their responsibilities.
**Main responsibilities:**
**\-\*Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on all resources**.\*
**\-\*Conduct periodic inspections of the condition of buildings, furniture, equipment, and other material assets**.\*
**\-\*Carry out repairs in electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and other basic maintenance specialties**.\*
**\-**Manage, organize, and safeguard the entity’s tools, materials, furniture, and physical resources.
\-Monitor inventory and condition of physical assets, reporting incidents, replacement needs, or substitution requirements.
\- Coordinate and support maintenance-related activities carried out by external suppliers and service companies.
\- Support and ensure appropriate preparation of spaces for activities, meetings, and events organized by the Association.
\- Assemble, transport, install, and dismantle materials, furniture, and equipment required for events and activities organized by the Association.
\- Ensure compliance with safety, order, and preservation standards in facilities and in the use of the entity’s physical resources.
**Requirements:**
*Education:* No specific academic qualification is required. A valid Class B driver’s license is mandatory.
*Experience:* Minimum 2 years’ experience in comprehensive building maintenance or general services roles. Experience in incident management, space preservation, and logistical support. Maintenance and repair qualifications are desirable.
*Competencies:* Initiative, autonomy, organization and planning, diplomacy, and professional conduct.

Permanent employment contract under applicable collective agreement (Fifth Collective Agreement on Youth Reform and Protection of Minors).

Salary: €1,500.00–€1,501.00 per month
