Daily repair of malfunctions and incidents A residential center located in Zaragoza requires **Maintenance Staff** to ensure proper facility operation and the well-being of residents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities (basic electricity, plumbing, painting, carpentry, etc.). * Supervision of the general condition of the building and outdoor areas. * Daily repair of malfunctions and incidents. * Monitoring and follow-up of external maintenance service providers. * Compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention standards. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in building or residential center maintenance. * Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and minor repairs. * Problem-solving ability and autonomy. * Responsibility and organizational skills. **Offered:** * Indefinite-term contract. * Full-time position. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. * Immediate start. * Job stability.
