MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Perform preventive/corrective maintenance and respond to incidents related to integrated installations—including electricity, plumbing, HVAC, sanitation, etc.—according to the schedule established by the direct supervisor. · Repair, maintain, and replace equipment and components within installations under quality and safety conditions to ensure proper operational performance. · Locate and diagnose malfunctions of equipment and components within installations, applying established procedures. · Carry out tasks according to specifications and schedule provided by the direct supervisor. · Monitor materials used. REQUIREMENTS: · Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) certification: 20 hours or 60 + 6 hours. · Training in electricity, HVAC, plumbing, etc. · Minimum 3 years’ experience as a First-Class Technician performing preventive/corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, fire protection (PCI), etc. installations. · Versatility, multifunctional profile, teamwork, professionalism, etc. will be valued. · Responsible individual with motivation and enthusiasm for work, empathy, and customer-friendly attitude.
