Opportunities for professional development **First-Class Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician** An established company in the facilities sector requires First-Class Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technicians for two office buildings located in Barcelona. We seek professionals with experience in comprehensive facility maintenance—proactive, autonomous, and eager to join a stable project. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of technical installations. * Diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions. * Intervention on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other associated systems. * Basic use of computer tools (CMMS, incident management). **Requirements:** * Minimum 3\-4 years’ experience as a First-Class Technician in comprehensive maintenance. * Solid knowledge of HVAC, electricity, and general maintenance. * Vocational training (VET) or equivalent experience is desirable. * Valid driver’s license category B. * Availability to perform on-call duties. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of plumbing, fire protection systems (PCI), CCTV, or other technical installations. * Versatile, proactive, and solution-oriented profile. * Teamwork ability and customer orientation. **What We Offer:** * Employment with an established company offering stable projects. * Positive work environment and professional team. * Competitive salary \+ on-call allowances. * Opportunities for professional development.
