




Job Summary: We are seeking a technician with experience in specialized technical support to ensure the operational reliability of railway systems and maintain positive customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Specialized technical support for railway systems 2. Participation in maintenance, inspections, and modernizations 3. Maintenance of positive customer relationships The primary mission of this role is to provide specialized technical support. The selected candidate must have geographical availability to resolve repairs and ensure the operational reliability of railway systems. Perform operations stipulated in maintenance contracts (MTN), major overhauls (OVH), or modernization projects (RETROFIT). Directly implement Field Modification Instructions (FMI), assembly procedures, and maintenance plans. Communicate and alert Field Services leaders regarding complex technical issues and compile reports following company procedures. Maintain positive working relationships with current and potential customers to uphold the company’s reputation as a world-class supplier. Work in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Human Resources policies. Identify and propose process improvement methods. * Experience: 2 years. A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position is required. * Electrical or Mechanical background. * English (Intermediate spoken and written) * Competencies / Knowledge: Basic knowledge of English. Knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and electronics. Ability to interpret engineering drawings and designs. Completion of Electrical Risk Prevention and Metal TPC training courses. Proficiency in basic computer tools. Customer orientation. Teamwork and adaptability. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Other relevant information: The technician may be assigned to various projects within the Levante/Barcelona area, with rotating shifts, primarily during nights and weekends.
